Probably not, the guys killing people down there are not usually the ones who are working. The dumpers are being cheap but they are at least working.

There's some cases of people/workers/contractors... but he's confronted other people who are back there doing drugs, banging hookers, etc... he's also tracked people down after they have dumped from addresses on the mail in the trash and gone to their homes. Many times he has followed up enough to get the people expensive tickets. I love what he's doing, but somebody is going to hit back at him

City of Detroit said that car theft is down 31% first quarter 2019 compared with first quarter 2017. The change? They banned Nationwide Towing. I can't believe that in a racket this big, somebody isn't talking. Whoever was running it must be one scary mother fucker if nobody is talking.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, that's a clusterfuck of a situation.

Reading the judge's opinion, it sounds like there's some obvious evidence pointing towards the tow company doing some very shady tows.

I love the part about the 2018 RAM just getting pulled from auction and used for the police department tho lol.

A lot if not all of the towing in the city is shady. They are taking the right steps by moving towards handling it themselves like a lot of other big cities do as long as some of the current players dont end up with their hands in the process.
