Ok, so I joined 2 of these "Dietbet games".
First Week *** Unofficial *** Weigh In
My stats totals for my first week;
Bicycle Ride (open road) - 96.5 miles.
Jogging up & down stair steps – 2,438 stair steps.
Diet; Pretty much whatever I wanted, except for carbs.
(I also battled a cold/ flu all week).
The results….
Weigh in 2-18-2017 – 238.2 lbs.
Weigh in 2-25-2017 – 228.2 lbs.
My DietBet target weight - 228.7 lbs.
I have 4 weeks to hit my target weight (which I already beat & won the game!)
This DietBet thing is GREAT for motivation, encouragement & accountability.
it is simply one of many key tools to a successful diet.
