Wow!!! That is great! How much more to lose?

There are many more games you can still join.
Let me know if you do. My first two games end
next week & it looks like I will win both of those.

Now the third one I joined, the 6 month one is
going to be much more of a challenge, it has
monthly weigh-in's and then the big weigh-in,
    in 6 months from now.

You should join a game, I'm just now finishing 2
4 week games and starting my 6 month game.

What diet are you using Anthony?

I don't think I have much farther to go, maybe a full 10-12% total. I'm trying to retune my metabolism. This diet may be a long term lifestyle change. My main concern is power to weight ratio. As I get older I feel I need to lower my weight to match my strength. It's an age thing. LOL

The "kickstart" is 4% in 4 weeks.
The "Transformer" is 10% in 6 months.
They also have the "Maintainer" for those who have reached goal weight.

Man, you should go to the hospital. That sounds WAY too fast. Unsafe IMO.

Wow! Your post made me look closer at the pounds & number of days.
Yes, that is extreme weight loss & should be monitored by a doctor.

My DietBet target weight - 228.7 lbs.
You posted in January of 2011 that you weighed 246.
That means you've lost 18 pounds in 6 years.
It doesn't sound like you need a gimmicky web site - you just need another few decades of whatever you've been doing.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

    Gee, thanks for the encouragement

I have done what most folks have, I've lost, then
gained back some. I know what happened, I went back
    to bad eating habits.

It is better to keep trying than to give up - so I continue.
