You are obviously happy with the ratchet? Where did you buy it and what was the price? I have been looking at the 3/8" ratchet, 1/4" ratchet and 3/8" impact. I also saw they had a die grinder and some other nice stuff. If I'm not mistaken they have 5year warranty on the tool and 2year on the battery. I might just have to pull the trigger.
I've had my Milwaukee 18 volt 1/2" Cordless Impact Wrench for about 4 or 5 years now. Still using the original batteries. I love it.
My neighbor got the multi tool, impact driver and an impact a while back. He loves them, I tried them out and they are nice. If I had to replace my makita set I'd get Milwaukee
I don't think the ratchets are brushless.
I think the only tools that are brushless are the Milwaukee Pro tools
I haven't used an air powered impact in years. Even when working in the garage I use my cordless Ryobi 1/2" impact. It had no problem taking the 33mm axle nut off of Corvette axles so lug nuts are no problem. I also have a smaller 3/8" impact that I've been using for smaller things but have been looking for a cordless ratchet to use in tighter spots.

I got a Milwaukee drill and a small impact driver for Christmas this past December.
Haven't used the drill much, but the little driver is a beast. best gift I think I ever got...
i have dewalt stuff like it alot impacts are snap on (im a slappy)
To me, it's a good idea to always carry two sacks of something when you walk around. That way, if anybody says, "Hey, can you give me a hand?" You can say, "Sorry, got these sacks."
I've actually got some M18 Milwaukee kits
Hammer drill, impact driver, hackzall, flashlight, 2 batteries, charger and a carry bag that's actually pretty nice for $250
