Will do. It's super simple, one cooking grate about 7" from the top, and another one right above the fire box in case I want to cook something. Or put a pot of beans right below whatever I'm smoking so the juices drip into the beans & make them taste magical.....

Soon, maybe I'll try & do pulled pork at the dream cruise or club picnic
I used to be 'with it'. Then they changed what 'it' was. Now what I'm 'with' isn't 'it', and what's 'it' seems weird and scary to me.......

Enjoy. Mine is still just an ugly drum, I just painted mine bbq black. I used some metal shelf brackets to make my grates adjustable height, but never added a coal door. I can get 12+ hours in the coal basket, so I just top feed wood when checking on the meat. I just did 3 whole chickens yesterday.

Great tool right there!! Throw an array of meats in there and that is a great few days of food. Post up the results.

I saw one with the shelving brackets online. I like the idea, I might upgrade mine. I was trying to build it for under a hundo & just used what I had laying around. And I needed to keep the cost down so I could put a bad ass paint job on it hahaha.
