You can relocate the gas tank. As long as it's above the carb, you won't have any fueling issues. I had a similar issue so my brother found a Honda tank with the cap in a better position. Rotate the puller too so the rope handle is at the back.

That's a sweet bike, love the color. Going by the purple, looks to be a Taco?

k so I got the tank off. I guess I'm gonna start the interwebs search for a tank that fits.
Got to thinking after some searching on the web. All the after market add on tanks are pretty over priced.
So I drew up some thoughts/ideas for the stock/factory fuel tank. Then I fabricated up a couple brackets.

I just turned the entire tank around and faced it backwards.

We tried a 14cc GX140 head and the compression was way too high to use a recoil starter and broke the OEM Predator recoil. We replaced it with the OEM Honda shroud and recoil off of the GX140 we have
Now the head is hogged out and port matched to the header and intake manifold, heading to Howard's today for bigger jets and higher stall clutch springs. Current springs engage at ~1200RPM, new ones will be 3000RPM, little bastard is gonna fly . We swapped the 75 tooth for a 60 tooth as well, now it'll top out at 70-ish at 8,000RPM.
