    Sometimes all it would take is the sound of a shotgun racking. Next thing is I am not sure how those guys were missing the target unless they were using a slug. If they were using a scatter type of round, some pellets would have had to hit the target and that would also make them run...

    Just my .02....grr

    Racking a shotgun nobody hears or knows the noise.. It happens so fast and isn't a unique noise... 100% of people are like what is that...

    if it is not designed/intended to be shouldered, it is a pistol in the eyes of the ATF

    It is not a pistol. It requires 2 hands to operate. The ATF classify it as "other"
