Again, you never know unless you propose free training and see who bites. Costco sells alcohol but are you allowed to drink while walking around, they sell tires but you can't drive through the store. See what I mean?

Yes it is still illegal. Private property with a posted sign.

Illegal only in the terms of trespassing. Private property can set their own rules can only tell you to leave if they catch/ care if your carrying. If they tell you to leave and you don't, they can call the cops and then you could be charged for trespassing.
