Moped/ motorcycle title

I picked up a 1983 Honda aero 80 last weekend at an estate sale.
well it looks like it should have a title, I tried looking on sos website but didn't find much to apply for one.
has anyone had any luck with getting a title for a motorcycle they bought from a garage sale/estate sale?
I figured before I start putting money into it I should make sure ill be able to ride it on the road..

Yeah.. What Nick said.. I registered my YSR 80 which has a clutch and gears as a moped. I just made a bill of sale that said basically Yamaha Moped VIN XXX, my name, etc and I got a moped sticker and registration.

I did the same thing with my Honda Elite 80.
