    Put 2-3k (or the minimum) down on a brand new supercharged (insert car of your choice here), blow the other monies on fun, get insurance that includes death benifit ..... make a couple payments, hide the car in storage and will the vehicle to a relative.

    Probably not what he's looking for, but it's worth a shot. My 95 Supercharged GT is good to go, and well within budget.

    1970 ford Torino - $10,500 (Howell)

    I'm selling a 1970 ford Torino in grabber green with GT laser stripe and satin black hood and trunk,
    it has had a lot of work done including a new Comp cam, lifters, push rods, timing chain, valve seals,
    valve springs, intake, break master cylinder, holly 650 double pumper, custom dual exhaust, wood
    steering wheel, and new classic look stereo. I'm in no rush to sell so no low ball offers
