Put 2-3k (or the minimum) down on a brand new supercharged (insert car of your choice here), blow the other monies on fun, get insurance that includes death benifit ..... make a couple payments, hide the car in storage and will the vehicle to a relative.
Probably not what he's looking for, but it's worth a shot. My 95 Supercharged GT is good to go, and well within budget.

1970 ford Torino - $10,500 (Howell)
I'm selling a 1970 ford Torino in grabber green with GT laser stripe and satin black hood and trunk,
it has had a lot of work done including a new Comp cam, lifters, push rods, timing chain, valve seals,
