1920-1080 screen 17"
Intel and Nvidia graphics with dedicated 2gb of memory

Has been sitting for about a year.. went through and just did a fresh setup of 10 on it.. everything works perfectly and shows no wear on keys or touchpad..
9-cell Battery passes the HP diags. but that means nothing.. it's a few years old and although it's holding a charge it will need to be replaced eventually. they are $20 on ebay.. not a major thing.
