Nice house and shop in Milford

I spent a lot of time putting together my place. Unfortunately time has come to put it up for sale. Before i list it with a realtor I thought maybe someone here might be interested. 2900 sqft raised ranch with a finished walkout basement and a 42'x26' 4 car garage on an acre and a quarter just west of downtown Milford. Just put a new roof on the house. In addition to the 4 car garage I added on a 2000sqft (40'x50') shop with 13 foot ceilings. It has a heated and air conditioned unfinished 1500 sqft second floor. This is a 2x8" stick building that was added on to the house so technically this has 12 car attached garage. Plenty of space to do whatever you want. I've seen the garage area...awesome. From the outside the house looked really nice as well (didn't see inside, assume it's nice too). As the OP mentioned, it is very deceiving from the outside how large the garage/shop area is.
