    Default online auction trustworthy?

Looking on the sca auction site, I see some eye candy. However, I'm leery of the site as it asks for an upload of your photo I.D or passport and the standard mailing address information. Searching around on the web didnt pop up any major red flags.
Anyone have some experience using the site or know of someone who has used the site?

Was the bid/auction setup like a middleman (negotiating) process? That doesnt seem like it's the case with sca, but I still haven't found much for reviews on them.

Darko, out of curiosity, since you are in the business, is that the site that most of the places use? Is there just one main one? Just curious.

Iaai and Copart are the main places to buy salvage vehicles.

Iaai requires a broker if the bidding is for personal gain, are the brokers secure or risky to deal with?

I think you can still bid on clear title vehicles, but need a broker to use their dealer license to be able to purchase salvage.

I don't have any experience with using a broker, so I wouldn't be of any help.
