Looks like the Xbox One controller only works through USB at this point in time. There is a USB receiver available for the Xbox 360 controllers that works no problem.

I'm going to include all Atari 2600, Atari 7800, Atari Jaguar, NES, SNES, Gameboy Advance, Gameboy Color, N64, Turbo Grafx, Genesis, Sega Master System, 32X, and Neo Geo games. Again, some N64 games don't run 100% due to coding on the emulator, but some, such as Mario 64 run great.
