    nope, its orange spots at every single spot weld or rivet, Ill grab a few pics when im there tomorrow, green truck

    Clay bar takes it right off. I had to clay my white truck every spring from all the rust spots that accumulate over the winter. Bottom of the body panels and the tailgate were the worst.

    Chemical Iron removal then clay is the safest method, and much easier. Iron-X stinks to high heaven. I switched to McKee's 37 Extreme Iron Remover and it works just as well. Still smells but not as bad as Iron-X.

    Interested to see pics of the F-150 that has rust spots.

    Yeah really, I'm blown away by the amount of responses on this thread. I didn't even think we got this much attention and visits in a week on the site anymore.

    Does anyone know if the Krown coating is black? I have a truck with some surface rust on the frame and springs I want to get done.... I should just call them.

    I get my cars done at Krown in Lexington.. its a clear oil
    Costs about $140ish
