Christmas party fundraiser giveaway

Jason, everything sounds excellent, but this. Normally if enough
tickets are not sold to cover the cost of the item (gun), then the
game converts to a "50 / 50".

Whereas the total amount of the pot of cash, say $420, is then
split in half and $210 to the game winner and $210 to Motown
Muscle.

This keeps it much more simple & a lot easier on the person(s)
handling the game and we would still have a winner!

I'm easy, in that I like this idea if everyone is also on board. So like you stated, this way, no matter what happens, the club gets funds for the party. I honestly hope that we should be able to sell enough tickets to cover a deck of cards, but I never assume anything, as we all know what happens their.

I already have gotten some PM's about folks buying pre-sale tickets that cannot attend, so I have high hopes that we can make this happen. And both the winner and the club can win on Friday.

Due to work and travel times, i'm gonna put a cap on 5pm the day of the party to get the PP funds to me for cards, as I need time to be able to receive the funds in my account, and get an updated list on the thread here, then printed and ready to bring to the party to make sure everyone is accounted for.
