A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.
The shops certainly are not victims in this scenario, they were all most definitely flooded with work that shouldn't have been there in the first place. The owners are the victim and their insurance companies after the damages see fluffed to cover their "over head" to get the car there.
I thought the collision shops put the stolen parts back in them so they didn't need to pay for the replacement parts?
