Default Heating and cooling in canton/Ann arbor

Hey guys, I'm trying to find a heating and cooling guy that can look at my fireplace. I sold my house and the buyer said they smelled gas.

I have taken a job and am not in the area anymore so I can't look at it to see what they're talking about but my uncle/realtor confirmed he smelled it as well so I know it's legit.

I need somebody to head over and fix the issue and need a recommendation.

    Anybody?

If it’s a simple fix, yea. But any piping involved, nope not anymore

So the tech went out and identified the leak. it's in the basement just under the fireplace at the valve. he didn't fix it but at least I know where it is now.

Anybody got a certified tech that can fix it and provide paperwork?

I used Viking Plumbing on my house when I sold it in Farmington, he might go that far down. I had to have two oil filled valves replaced. Buyers were happy with the paperwork he provided me.

It was a while ago I don't remember. I couldn't find anything in my paperwork from the sale either, sorry. I think he did have a cash price when I asked.
