    1999 5.4 269,000 miles, has rust, front damage, to grille and headlight

    The 5.4L runs forever if properly maintained. My father-in-law has a 1999 Ford E350 extended van with 488k miles: original engine and transmission. It is still reliably on the road! GLWTS.
