    I hear ya, I really wanted to ride today, but my
    body said take a rest day, so I did!

    You should find a group ride that goes a serious distance. My buddies wife ever year rides to the Mackinaw Bridge from..... I think Ann Arbor. But they only do so many miles a day, they all stop to camp in the same spots, It seams really organized.

    I met a guy in the UP a month ago on a bicycle. He was from New Orleans. He said it took about 2 weeks to get there, and he was headed to NY and down the eastern seaboard back to Louisiana.

    But I would like to try a multi-day group ride. Any info
    on the Mackinaw Bridge ride?
