Really sounds like a delivery issue and not an ignition problem, obviously you have pressure so it’s probably between the regulator or main injector not firing. Possible kinked line or plugged somewhere under the intake.
Have injector pulse?

Neutral safety would prevent it from cranking, not stop theinjectors from firing. Do you have a scanner that shows live data?

Yes I do, not really sure what I'm looking for though, I can only live data like 1 or 2 things at a time or the scanner slows down and it's almost un usable. Everything I've checked on live data seems to be functioning ok, 0 injector pulse though, so something is stopping the injectors from firing. Just need to track it down.

The other 2 are manifold pressure or circuit high. And pressure sensor voltage intermittently high.
