Default 1995 Mustang GT 5 speed 70k original miles

Rio Red 1995 GT 5 speed w/ 70,000 original miles
    $8,500 OBO as it sits
If you want to take it with the stock 16's we could discuss a price

I purchased this car nearly bone stock from the third owner in Murfreesboro, Tennessee approximately a month ago. It only had lowering springs and mufflers on it when I bought it.
Original owner bought it in Huntsville, Alabama and owned it until March 2017. Original and second owner were both in their 60's and put nearly all the mileage on the car (68,000).
I found the car while searching for an 03-04 Cobra and was unable to resist going to see it. Once I saw the car I decided to buy it and start building it up to be a super clean 450-500 hp street car. I've had three other 94-95 Mustangs over the years, all with less than 60,000 miles, and this may honestly be the nicest one I've owned.
After mulling this over in my mind for the last week or so I've decided that I still very much want to buy a Cobra or Mach 1 if I can find a good buyer for my 95.

It's got a clean Carfax, some vehicle documentation and all of the factory VIN labels are in place. This car has never been wrecked and is in very good shape. I was told the car has never been in the rain and I honestly believe it. The underside is incredibly clean as well as the engine bay.

Mechanically the car has zero issues that I'm aware of and runs great. I drove it 500 miles in one day from Nashville to Michigan and it ran flawlessly. Transmission goes into all gears with no issue at any RPM and the clutch is good.

    Modifications
    - SR Performance cold air
    - BBK 65mm throttle body
    - BBK o/r h-pipe
    - Black Widow Pro Venom stainless mufflers
    - Steeda Tri-Ax shifter
    - BBK 1.5" lowering springs
    - FR500 wheels from LMR 17x9 and 17x10.5 with 255/40 and 315/35 Nitto's

I have all of the OEM parts aside from the mufflers and springs

    Issues
    - Headlight knob is loose (have LMR replacement)
    - Drivers seat motor is a little sketchy like they all get on these cars (I have an LMR replacement motor)
    - Previous owner had a small repair done on the drivers seat where they get beat up. Doesn't look bad, but you can tell it was done.
    - Volume button on the factory radio doesn't adjust down
    - There is a discolored spot on the hood that is noticeable in the right light that I haven't gotten addressed yet

I would rate the interior a 9/10 and the exterior an 8/10, but I used to paint cars and I'm pretty damn picky.

Normally this is where I would preemptively tell people not to shoot me some ridiculous low-ball figure or openly bash my asking price when they have no money and/or interest in actually buying the car, but you guys are better than all that

Thanks man, yes it is... I only buy clean cars.
Turning around and selling it is a difficult decision.
I still may not if I don't get a legit price honestly...
