haha Gotcha. Yeah, that would be a real task for a couple of guys in one day.

Did they have to strip any of the old floor? I need to have mine redone and it's peeling in a few spots.

While the paint in the back garage was still pretty good, no peeling or anything, they ground off all of the existing surface down to the cement with a diamond wheel and then pour on the epoxy - I think he used close to 10 gallons......

But, on my front garage I couldn't get anything to stick to it, not even the same epoxy I used on the back garage. There was a lot of oil and pitting on the floor when I bought the house. I cleaned and etched it the best I could and still the paint came up within 6 months. I had the front done about 2 years ago and it has held up very well, so I am sure if you have yours done, it will be good.

Anyway, he did do a very nice job on the floor....When I built the addition, the contractor did a real crappy job on the cement and there were a lot of ridges in the cement from some plastic swinging in the wind after he finished. This guy ground everything pretty flat and smooth and it looks good now.

The garage is 24x30 and the cost was $1250
