Recommendation for someone to do some minor fab and welding on my nephew's bike trailer.

I can and will assist the welder, once the plan is decided I can easily take it from there( measure,cut,chamfer and fit ) generally set up and prep for welder, then complete finish grinding and prep for paint if needed.
