Default Hotels on the Detroit River

I'm looking for some suggestions/experience with hotels that overlook the river.
Can be either side, Detroit or Windsor.
Something I could get a balcony on possibly?
Westin is $378/night, so its pricey, but, worth it? other suggestions?

I don’t think Marriott has balconies. Ceasars Windsor on the other side. Not sure on balconies.

I guess they may actually not do balconies due to people jumping after losing their ass at the Casino's...
    Just a thought now.

Marriot does not have balconies. Depending on which way you're facing and what level you're on though, the view is pretty sweet. The 100-400 towers have about 35 floors, so make sure you get something above that just in case you're facing a tower. My least favorite view is facing north up the river or up Jefferson, but looking across the river, towards downtown or down river is pretty sweet. You can get a decent rate as long as there are no sports games or other events in Detroit, but that applies to all of the hotels down here.
