Default 2014 Ram Express 1500 - Murray Pfaff's "Draggin' Wagon" - Supercharged - Tons of Mods

My good friend Murray Pfaff has decided to sell his 2014 Dodge Ram Express Quad Cab “Draggin’ Wagon”. This is an AWESOME truck that I am personally going to miss. Murray is ready for his next project and is looking for a good home for this truck. Contact information is at the bottom of the ad; the truck is located in Royal Oak.

2014 Dodge Ram Express Quad Cab “Draggin’ Wagon”. Granite Crystal Metallic Clearcoat with custom White and Yellow & Black Alea Leather interior. 5.7L Hemi engine with Magnuson supercharger making 535hp, 8-speed automatic transmission with 3.92:1 Sure-Grip rear axle. Built by famed automotive designer Murray Pfaff of Pfaff Designs for SEMA 2015, it is known nationally as the “Draggin’ Wagon” and has been featured in the following publications:
    • Cover / Feature Ultimate Parts Guide for Trucks – Sept 2017
    • Product/Build Story Truckin' Magazine - March 2017
    • Feature Truckin' Magazine – February 2017
    • K&N Filters Blog - June 2016
    • Feature Street Trucks Magazine – March 2016

And won the following show accolades:
    • SEMA Show Las Vegas 2015 - Feature Vehicle w/ AMSOIL
    • SEMA Show Las Vegas 2015 - Battle of the Builders
    • Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals 2015 - Best of Show, Custom
    • Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals 2015 - 1st Place Muscle Truck Invitational
    • Detroit Autorama 2016 - 1st Place Street Truck
    • HOT ROD Power Tour 2016 – Feature Vehicle w/ Pilot Transport

In addition to being a multiple-award winning feature vehicle, Murray used it has his semi-daily driver for the past 4 years putting a little over 27k miles on it. Details about each area of the vehicle are listed below.

Paint: With a nod to the great Mopar graphic packages of the 70’s, Murray has modernized the Dodge Macho Power Wagon to create the Draggin’ Wagon. Starting with the original Granite Crystal Metallic Clearcoat paint color, Murray designed his “Draggin Wagon” theme with overlaid PPG Envirobase paint in White and Angry Banana Pearl. The paint was applied by That’s Minor Customs in Clinton Township, MI. XPEL ultimate paint protection film across the front protects the custom paint from road rash. The paint is smooth and show-quality.

Body: The body is full of tasteful modifications which are outlined below.
    • Custom “eye black” brake ducts, hood intake and “washboard” hood vent. These one-off parts were created in CAD by Classic Design Concepts and 3-D printed (laser-sintered) in Nylon 11 by the Synergeering Group.
    • The original rear bumper was customized with a flipped center section and relocated exhaust “eye-brows” which serve as a tucked roll pan complete with license plate mount and lights.
    • Custom headlight with projector beams, smoked reflector, white daytime running lights (DRL) and orange sequential turn signals.
    • Custom taillights were built to match the headlight and feature with sequential signals.
    • Custom lighting with “Ram Horn” roof brackets secure the 54” Heise LED light bar to the roof, while a 42” Heise light bar nestles perfectly in the fascia. A pair of Hella Rallye 4000-X LEDs sit in the fog light pockets.
    • The bed feature LINE-X protection, Swing Cases to keep cargo contained, Amp Research bed extender, molded TaleGator which provides tailgate seating for two and a Mopar rubber bed mat keeps your load from shifting. A Revolver X2 tonneau keeps your valuables safely locked.

This truck has not experienced any accident or body panel damage.

Interior: The factory installed interior has received a series of upgrades which include:
    • Leather seating surfaces by Alea Leather in black with yellow tracer stitch to compliment the neo-classic exterior.
    • The bezel on the center stack has been color matched in “Angry Banana”.
    • A full stereo upgrade which includes a compliment of MTX Audio speakers, MTX Audio THUNDER693 6 x 9 3-Way 100W RMS 4 Ohm Coaxial which are powered by a MTX THUNDER800.5 800W RMS 5-Channel Full Range Class D Amplifier. A Thunderform Dual 10 inch 200W RMS Vehicle Specific Custom Enclosure tucks under the back seat to provide a solid bass beat.

Engine: The original 5.7L Hemi V8 engine was upgraded with:
    • K& N Cold Air Induction
    • Magnuson/Eaton 2300 TVS supercharger, installed by RM Motorsports and calibrated by technicians at the Magnuson Engineering Center in Detroit, Michigan
    • Magnaflow cat-back exhaust system with 5” tips
    • JMS PedalMax to eliminate throttle lag
The result is 535hp with daily-driver reliability. Only AMSOIL Synthetic oil has been used in this engine.

Transmission & Driveline: Factory 8-speed automatic transmission handles the upgraded power. Rear axle uses 3.92:1 final drive ratio and Sure-Grip limited slip differential.

Cooling System: Magnusson water-to-air Intercooler for the supercharger

Fuel System: Upgraded with Dodge Hellcat Fuel Injectors

Suspension: The suspension has been upgraded to improve handling and lower the center of gravity of this vehicle. Modifications include:
    • BellTech suspension kit which lowers the vehicle 4”
    • McGaughy’s 2” drop spindles
    • Hellwig sway bars
    • Air Lift Load Leveling package

Brakes: The factory brake system has been upgraded with EBC brake pads and rotors.

Wheels & Tires: The stance has been given a “rubber rake” with Toyo Tires nestled into the fenders on staggered 20”x10/22”x11” color matched Forgeline rims. Tire graphics by Tredwear say “For Turning” on the fronts and “For Burning” on the rears.

Other features: A trio of chrome Kleinn Demon train horns hides under the chassis and clear the way while a QuickSHOT compressor and 2.5 gallon tank keep them charged.

This truck has served as a great advertising vehicle for Pfaff Designs as well as a regularly driven semi-daily driver. It would cost approximately $96,600 to duplicate this truck! Murray is ready for his next challenge and needs to make room in his garage, which is why this truck is for sale. It currently has approximately 29,600 miles on it.

    Price: $32,000

Please contact Murray at 248-259-6175 9am-9pm EDT or email at murray@pfaffdesigns.com . The car is located in Royal Oak, Michigan. Enclosed cross country shipping to lower 48-states is included in asking price.

Neat truck... Def lot of money went into this. Very clean and tasteful.

I just cannot get over the top light bar on that. It just doesn't work for me. Does not flow with the rest of the truck IMO
