    Default Cheap, simple defroster/defogger

Ok, Lemon's car needs a simple window defogger, in case we experience rain again. All I need is a heater core, and a blower motor, no mode doors or any of that crap. I'm going to mount it above the steering column, maybe center of dash area (assuming I had a dash), and hook it to a fused switch, 1 speed, full blow. I've seen some electric only, but I figure a couple of coolant lines is not a big deal.

What vehicles should I be looking for in the boneyard? I'm thinking 70's trucks, maybe old CJ's?

    Thoughts?

Little electric heater from harbor freight that plugs into cigarette lighter.

Yeah, there are a ton of electric options, and might go that way, but there's all this hot coolant.....

I'm actually thinking, heater core and a pancake fan.

Pass the exhaust tubing through the cabin to create an exchange/radiating heater. Just make sure there are not chances of a leak!

Once there was a perfectly good old cop car. Then someone thought it'd be nice to have a LeMons car. Unnecessary parts were removed to make a stupidly heavy car 400# lighter. This is what's left of the unnecessary dashboard and HVAC module aka 75#. More wiring will come out as I get around to it.

And then the sun shined down on the pretty butterflies and and everybody was happy except some guy named Loofis

Screw Loofis and his grumpy ass
