I am in the very middle, lower row - This is in Dec or Jan of 71 while deployed to the DMZ in Korea. They were having trouble with North Korea at that time and deployed several combat platoons to Korea...Left one DMZ for another...

This is one of the very few pics I have of me while in the military and this is from a friend I served with. I don't remember this at all and now have very few memories left of my service. I have had a few people I served with call me and I have absolutely zero recollection of many of the people I served with or places I've been.

Most of the pics I have from my time in the USMC were us causing trouble, usually drunken shenanigans.

USN, 1994-2000. Was in the Persian Gulf a couple of times during Desert Shield and Enduring Freedom.

My wife was USN also. 1994-1999. She got stationed with the Marines at Camp Pendleton as a Corpsman and messed up her back permentently. 100% service connected disabled. She’s got it pretty rough but we deal with it.
