You could try Weldcraft in Livonia.

I had Weldcraft fix almost the exact same kind of bent rim on a 20" Silverado wheel a few years ago. You couldn't even tell it was dented when they were done.

Detroit wheel and tire in Madison heights or OEM wheels in Ferndale do great work!

What effect did the repair have on the finish of the wheel? any discoloring from the heat?

There was no effect to the finish that I could see. The truck was a lease too, and no issues on turn in. I think they use some kind of roller to slowly put it back to round.

I had a wheel, same damage as yours, repaired by Weldcraft earlier this month. My wheel is aftermarket and was 100% custom powder coated. They had to remove powder coating from the damaged area, looked like it had been done with a scotch brite disc. They did an awesome job on the repair. I wasn't concerned about the powder coat because the areas are B-side surfaces. I didn't see any obvious discoloration from heat, but perhaps that was taken care of with the scotch brite discs.
