    I took ours and handed it to my wife. I smash the potatoes and taste test everything.

    How'd it turn out Tin? Sounds fantastic. I went to two family gatherings and we weren't responsible for the bird this year.

    Came out awesome. I made a gravy from the drippings, turkey stock, flour, white pepper, and portabella mushrooms. I've been cooking Thanksgiving dinner the last 5 years. It's my war on dry flavorless turkey lol.
