Default Mopar I4 engine block work?

Any local places around south east michigan/Macomb you'd recommend for I4 internal work?

Looking to take a good, yet high mileage, SRT 2.4L World I4 "Warhawk" engine to a local place for a tear down & overhaul while installing a set of darton sleeves.

If no local places are around, I'll entertain out of state places that have a known great reputation as well...
I'm on the fence regarding Modern performance. They've had some ups and downs based on my experiences [2-3ish years ago].

Before anyone assumes this 2.4 is not anything comparable to the Neon 2.4L.

Some my researching, most that tend to go to Travis are looking for bolt-ons, top end work, tuning, & suspension.

No experience in town, I’ve had good luck from FWD Performance in Texas for 4 cyl FWD Mopar stuff.

I met a few people from Moran but no first hand experience with their work.

Yes, I've had some work done by him. Clutch, trans rebuilding. Like you said mostly bolt on type stuff other than my trans. I do know several other people in the srt4 group that have had motors rebuilt by him and have had no issues. Hes also built several 700+ hp cars. He definitely knows his shit with the platform.

Rich I 'll see if I can get the number of a guy that will be good for you to talk to. Have heard good things about Travis though.

Thank you Dave. Would rather keep it local if I can swing it, but ultimately, I'd much rather the end product be done right the first time.
