Damn cool find!! What made you get that one specifically? I'm assuming you shopped around a little bit but what stands out that makes you buy that one? I don't know anything about them other than prices went up after Nicolas Cage was on screen with a gray one named Eleanor.

Well, it really isn't mine. I am doing this for a friend of mine. He's had the car since high school and it has been siting in his garage for nearly 20 years. It only has 50K miles on it and it is pretty much rust free. He has all of the parts for it, including the glass, interior, matching number engine and trans. He brought it over to me as you see it. I am going to strip it down, get the paint stripped off it and then send it off to paint. While it is being painted, I will address the rest of the parts and hopefully I'll be done about the time I get the car back from paint. Then I can begin assembling the car. The car will be pretty much stock with some upgrades to the suspension....

Good stuff. What color is that and what will it be? It looks like a faded red. What drivetrain? Get after it! Hope it doesn't do too much time in body shop jail....
