Anyone looking for a nice home in Rochester Hills?
A good friend of mine has their home listed for sale by owner. It has over 50k in upgrades including a salt water pool. I’ve pasted the zillow link below. To help them sell it, I’m willing to waive those cost of the appraisal as well as beat any interest rate that is quoted on a loan est to a potential buyer.
