    Default Antique China and Dinnerware

I have no clue what do do with all this old family stuff. Some if it is over 100 years old. I have had 11 views total for these three auctions in a week on ebay. Figure I would throw it on here in case anyone was interested.

And for anyone engaged or getting married soon, NEVER register for china. Just buy it used if you actually need it.

    Cool

Killer deal on those fine china tea cups. I have pretty much
the same set for sale too, but yours are a much better price!

Those of yours should sell quickly.

And welcome to the "joy" of dealing with estate items.

Good luck selling it. We're going thru something similar, I've got a ton of records, crystal glassware, etc from my great grandparents that we're sorting for selling/donation/trash. It's been a few years in the process.

    It's definitely a unique market.

On the flip side, I took down/replaced an original light fixture and someone paid me $50 for it. You never know what people jump to buy until you list it for sale.

Thank you - yes, it is pretty much luck at this point. I figure the person who wants it will be someone wanting to complete whatever set they have, not someone looking for a whole set. I figure just get it on ebay for as long as possible and maybe I will find that buyer. I still can't bring myself to throw it away. But it may come to that this summer. I am not even sure a donation place would take it.

My grandparents had china as well that nobody wanted. I found a couple websites back then that would potentially buy them. I was gonna try selling to them, but just gave them back to my parents to deal with instead since I did not want to be responsible for shipping.

I got an ebay bid on the teacups! On the third 10 day auto re-list with "Pick Up Only". How much does anyone want to be that the buyer is going to ask me to ship them?

aaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnd the guy was bidding from California. I messaged him that it was local pickup only and he replies "That is just an option". So yea, still for sale!
