Default 1999 Explorer Limited 5.0 AWD

Selling my trusty DD Explorer. I intended on keeping it until something catastrophic failed or it was totalled but its time for an actual truck now.

The truck is 100% mechanically sound and will take you anywhere you need to go. It does great in the snow with the full-time AWD. The engine and transmission run like they're new, no joke. Ive done a good amount of preventative maintenance over the past couple years, myself, as well as some small repairs at Oval Auto when necessary. I have receipts for pretty much everything. Oil changes done regularly with Mobil 1 synthetic and Motorcraft oil filter or Mobil 1 when they're on sale.

I bought it in 2013 with 136k miles from my friends parents. They had it shipped from California to Michigan in 2004. It has been undercoated so the frame is in pretty good shape for it's age. The body is starting to rust in the usual spots like rear door jams, roof, and rear bumper. It has dings and scratches and definitely isn't perfect cosmetically.

Only bad things are a cracked windshield on the passenger side, drivers side heated seat stopped working a couple years ago and the rear wiper randomly stops working every so often.

    $2000
