Default Vehicle Value for oddball vehicles.

I need to show a fair market value for my Burb. 2013, 2500 Suburban, special service package. It's kinda rare, but not in the desirable sense, I believe all 2500 Burbs in 2013 were special service/police package, and not many were made. Rubber floors, cloth worn front seats, and misc holes in body panels and trim. Front bumper cover has damage as well as holes for wig wag lights etc. Stuff that surpasses "fair" condition. Good mechanical, condition, great tow rig, but we all know an old cop car sells less than an old family car.

I can't even find a truck like it anywhere nearby, so putting a realistic value on it is hard. I'd like to think the bottom of KBB fair value is reasonable, but need opinions. Thoughts?

Throw the price up high and see if anyone jumps for it. This sounds like a secret service rig!

Not looking to sell, need to show real market value, for shitty reasons. It's not in my favor to inflate the value over what I could realistically sell it for. None of the online tools like kbb let you mark down rubber carpet, it's basically 1 trim level below LS. Even the SOS had trouble figuring out how to tax it because they couldn't decode the VIN (I think). I told the lady it was an old cop truck, and she had an "AHA" moment..

These things sell for cheap, but I'm not sure how you can prove that.

"Fleet" really doesn't equate "police package". Those values are much
higher than that Suburban would normally sell for.

And, that is not his truck, his is a 4wd 3/4 ton.
