    Default Mustang Mach E

Anyone else feel like this is what Ford wants, and not the consumer?

It's what the consumer wants, just read the quote. It's the kind of car that gets people excited about driving! Ford said it, it has to be true.

Studies have shown that electric cars are the only way to stop the world from ending in 12 years.

    Sarcasm off.

    Screw electric cars.

I'm not sure about electric cars, but calling this a Mustang, or whatever you want to call it is hideous. That looks horrible.

"Every Mach-E comes out of the box with a Ford mobile charger that can add up to 30 miles of range per night with a 120-volt outlet and up to 80 percent of battery life overnight with a 240-volt outlet."

So 30 miles on an 8+ hour charge at 120 volts?

Some random guy I follow on Twitter pretty much summed up my thoughts on this:

They are fast. I think that has something to do with the nameplate. From a business standpoint, you can't have a 4 door SUV be faster than your flagship sports car.

I wish they called it something else though. The Mustang crowd has been waiting for a Mach1 since the S197 and all we got was an overpriced Bullitt.

Considering how I am not really the target group for this vehicle I will say this.

It is a pretty exciting "SUV" in the way that the OEM's need to step up their game to meet the all electric platform. I think Ford has done that here.

The part I really feel they messed up is calling this a Mustang and with 4 doors to boot.
Instantly throws a bad image to 90% of the market let alone ones like me who are the Muscle Car, V8 or Boost hungry consumer.

A mustang it is not.... it is pretty much everything anti mustang except the Name, the badge and Taillights.
To boot this is why plants like Romeo Engine are closing to this new future of SUV's.
