    I don't think he is part of the sub.....his house fronts Van Horn Rd. Good point about the extra "shed", they are 2 deep!!

    Yeah like I said 6 garages. Haha Im sure he's in good with the city officials. I definitely scoped the satellite view. My wife found it looking specifically for a ranch... she thought might appreciate the "storage".....ha

    It’s walking distance to my house in the sub behind there.

    It dropped $100k because he sold off 6 acres for $36k.

    It’s still priced too high.

    All though out buildings

    Coulda built one hell of a massive barn.

    It’s a close friends, family’s friends place

    Probably zoned agricultural and classified as residential. Not much to prevent you from doing anything.

    When I die, someone is going to wonder WTF was wrong with me.
