I have my 51 F1 side exit before the tires. I used C4 corvette tips so they tuck tight against the running boards.

So, the '55 is back home from Gary's. He sorted out a ton of shit which I am very thankful for. Including new disc brakes up front, new master cylinder, new brake lines and a whole lot of other shit.

I need to get the starter out and have it rebuilt, buy a new water pump, a new PCV valve, a new fill neck and a new sending unit for the new gas tank I bought.

Once I have those parts I can start reassembly and theoretically fire it up. There's a good chance it's going to need some wiring.

I'm going to pull the carpet out this weekend and see how bad the floors really are. Most likely that will be the only body work I'll be doing to it, just to make it "safeish" for driving.

Here is something interesting. Found this in some old family photos. Same car, date unknown.

Well, shes in her new garage. I'll actually be able to make some progress here unlike the previous location.

That's a good amount of room for a project. What's the next thing to tackle on the "to-do- list for the car?

Finish the inside of the garage and heat it. LOL I'm going to get the front end of the engine back together first, then brakes sorted out, then the floors. Prolly have someone do the floors.

If you are looking for new garage lights, I went with the Barrina brand. They are about $50 for 6 lights. I have 16 in my 2-car garage which is probably overkill but everything is easy to see, drywalling/painting made a pretty big difference too.
