Total loss vehicle has to be inspected for repairs completed and deemed road worthy again, the title will go from "salvage" to "rebuilt".
I have a bad case of Automotive A.D.D.

I never got a salvage title. Seems like if it’s over a certain age it stays green?

The next purchaser will receive an orange title, this happened to a friend of mine. He purchased a Corvette for a great price, seller had original green title but unfortunately when his title came in the mail it was orange. After doing a carfax the history showed a flood loss from 5 years ago and the SOS wouldn't allow him to register without an officer certification.

Your truck wasn't a structural loss but more so a repair value loss, shouldn't be an issue for the buyer but I'd double check with a State Police post to make sure an inspection isn't needed
