    Default Ls swap question

Got a question for the ls swap guys. So chances are I'm getting screwed on my harness that's supposed to be a direct fit plug and play. By that I mean plug into my factory fuse box where the engine harness bolts to.... so quick, maybe dumb question. If I just get a stand alone harness with the trans connectors on it and go that route all my other stuff should still work normal right? Headlights, gauge cluser, literally everything else ? Seems like it would, I would just have 2 separate fuse boxes correct?

The lights and everything would work, you’d have to figure out how to get signals to the stock gauges in the cluster, and you’d have to get all the cels shut off on the blazer pcm or just deal with it being on.
