    Default I want o sell a couple handguns

    if I sell it to a private buyer, what paperwork needs to be done?

    I don't need the money, but the LC9s has under 50 rounds and the .22 revolver has never been shot.

    If the buyer has a CPL all you need is the Michigan RI-060 form. If the buyer doesn't have a CPL then they need to go to their local police department and obtain a purchase permit.
