    What am I looking at here? Truck has a top post battery on it.
    It's a manual battery disconnect vs unbolting the terminal while it's sitting. Band aid fix.

    Not a fix . It’s used for parasitic draw testing on side post . Most gm are side sorry. Didn’t know it was a top post

    Unless its a deep cycle battery you can only draw down a lead battery (down to 5 volts or less) about 4 times. After that its scrap....

    I dropped it off at Hill auto electric. I’ll let you know how it turns out. The other place was just too far.

    Just picked it up from the shop.

    Turned out the rear air suspension dump valve was cycling and drawing current intermittently. He said he could hear it clicking.
