Why can’t I upload pics from my phone

Have tried on a few occasions to upload pics from my phone but it never works. Any ideas as to why? Thanks

I have noticed on my phone, I cannot due to the resolution of the pics being to high. So try and reduce the file size.

Just click on the tree picture . Then pick a size that fits

If they're in that weird iphone format I know the BB software wasn't a fan of them back in the day, but that may have changed..

Resolution is always a problem. I have to reduce the pics I take with my camera down quite a bit...
