Default Found My Dads Old 1957 Chevy

We found and purchased back my dads former 1957 Chevy Bel Air. He sold this car in 1995 and we always kept track of it as best as we could. He had a few other 57's between now and then but this one always was the bench mark to our family. My dad and uncles restored this car in my uncles garage and shown it in Autorama in 93 and 95. We had countless trips to and from St. Igance in this car. This is the car that got me into cars. We found it on Marketplace being sold by the son on the owners my dad sold it to way back when and we just reacquired it this past weekend. It is amazing how much the car has not changed it even has the wheels and tires he put on in 1990! The left rear recently had a blow out (Not surprised with 30+ year old tires) and some other ding dents and some paint checking but we plan on enjoying it and bring it back to and then some of its former glory!

That is pretty cool. I always wonder where my (and family's) old cars went (if they havent made it to the junk yard)
