    What new format?

3 stages, make up the race.

race ended under yellow since leader took the white flag already.

190MPH, getting bumper tagged the whole way thru the turn, since your car is only 500hp

There's a pretty good NASCAR documentary on Netflix right now. I haven't followed the sport since before the big changes to the cars and the scoring.

Here's the newest thing for the Daytona race. Do not lead, it uses too much fuel.(you can watch every cars throttle and brake percentages on-line) The lead cars are usually at 100% throttle. Cars behind them are using much throttle to keep up . The less fuel you use, the less time spent on pit road getting fuel. All of one make (Toyota, Ford, Chevy) pit at the same time to have drafting partners to catch up again.
Here's a little snippet of the radio traffic and announcers talking about fuel strategy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CpEd...channel=NASCAR
