For 1 thats Norwalk; Norwalk hooks much better than Milan.
2: That tire on the yellow car doesnt look like a 10" tire, so im sure dan isnt running a 10" either, which is what he usually runs at Milan (10.5 shootout)
But correct me if im wrong on two(2).

im pretty sure the car ALWAYS has a 10.5 W (which is legal for that class)
