    This is a well maintained track that a lot of my co-workers race at. How do we not have some federal tax credit available for people that support one of the most important things it means to be an "American". Hmmm... there needs to be some kind of federal tax abatement to keep people off the streets/highway.
    01 Black on Black Trans Am WS-6... hrrmmmmmmm it might be a barn find????

    They want to stop street racing yet they close all the tracks....sad.

    It looks pretty apparent to me why it is closing. The land is more valuable than the race track.

    I am surprised that there is still a need for industrial space.

    with the slow death of retail warehouse space is at a premium, until cities decide to rezone retail space to multi use commercial this will happen more and more
    To me, it's a good idea to always carry two sacks of something when you walk around. That way, if anybody says, "Hey, can you give me a hand?" You can say, "Sorry, got these sacks."

    I really don't understand why... there are farm fields all around it if they want to put a warehouse up...

    look how close it is to the port, trucking costs money,
