    Default 3rd gen f-body subframe connectors

    anyone have good recomendations?

    he has a Spohne trans crossmember and torque arm already, so ones that include those are not needed

    Why not do the spohn sfc? I think they are still the best avaliable pre-fabbed piece. Welding required.

    yeah, i am thinking about that one


    i really liked the Alston racing bolt ins(I had them bolted and welded) i had on the IROC, but they would hurt ground clearance int he fact that you can't tuck the exhaust up quite as tight, the Spohn one look pretty good, not a bad price either

    i am also looking for some connecters if ne one has ne or noes where i could get some for around 200 bucks please letme no not tryin to steal ur question or w/e lol

    I have the Spohn weld on SFC. They fit great.

    have to go weld in. my southwests have been great on the hardtop. which i could track down another set. paid $130 welded in and everything but that was back in 2000. If J&M made a set for the 3rdgen i'd pick them up. probably go with bmr otherwise.

    i have a set of bmr's and really like how they bolted around the rear control arm and then tied in up front

    2x2 square tubing+ MIG = poor mans SFC lol
